Product Overview:
This is a large rifle case, suitable for longer barreled weapons. It is very stout. There are a total of 6 latches around the perimeter of the case and 4 places where locks can be used to secure the contents.
The lid of the case has a foam liner that consists of the “cone” type of projections to provide cushioning and a good secure fit. The foam was loose and would not stay in the lid. (i’ll probably add a couple of pieces of double-sided tape to secure it.)
The bottom has two layers of pick and pluck foam and then a final thin foam layer at the very bottom. I like the two layers of pick and pluck, as it allow you to adapt the case to whatever guns or equipment you want to store in it.
The handles – one top, one on the side, fold down and are held securely to the case by friction. They are large and comfortable to carry or pull the case with. The wheels turn freely and are not loud on a floor when the case is being moved.
The lid is sealed with a gasket that runs the entire perimeter of the case and there is a built-in pressure relief valve on the side.
